Der foreligger gennembearbejdede dokumenter, der grundigt beskriver klinikkens procedure. Der er arbejdet konstruktivt med DDKM, og surveyteamet finder, at der er stort fokus på kvalitet og patientsikkerhed, hvor patienten er i centrum.
